Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed on a case-by-case basis
We do not accept returns of opened or used food products
Consulting services are non-refundable once the session has been delivered
